I honestly do not like eating fruits except for apple or orange but most of the time, I prefer it juiced. So the only way to make me eat my fruits and veggies is if you turn it into a smoothie or juice. But kids, don't be like me. You have to learn to eat your fruits and veggies because it is essential for our body.

Here are my favourite smoothie recipes which I regularly make. After trying a lot of smoothie recipes, I have finally got it right because you can't just mix all fruits and veggies there and wish it will taste good or even acceptable. As you can see, I love putting chia seeds on my smoothies. It is a superfood which contain massive amount of nutrients with few calories and you can incorporate it easily into your diet. From then on, these two smoothies have been my go-to especially if I need to boost myself with good stuff. You can try this on your own and check out the ever reliable-Pinterest for more recipes.
