There are days when you have not planned for your meals and you also want to clear your supplies before doing your weekly grocery shopping. It is my habit to use everything that's on my fridge before buying anything again. So since the only thing left are chicken breast, might as well, make something out of it. As usual, pinterest is my go-to for easy and interesting recipes. Then I stumbled upon this General Tso's Chicken which is quite easy and delicious. After checking the ingredients on the list if they are available in my pantry, I followed the procedures as per the recipe. It was another easy yet delish meal again and you can find the recipe with the link below. I named this dish sweet and spicy since it is the best description of the flavor.
You can tell how much I love cooking Asian food by the sauces available in my pantry such as soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar.
How I wish you could smell the fragrant spices in that photo which was the key factor in making your chicken tasty.
Tossed the chicken along with the spices.
Stir in the sauce and voila, a yummy Chinese dish to be served.
Here's a copy of the recipe from dinnerthendessert thru Pinterest. Link: http://dinnerthendessert.com/general-tsos-chicken/

Serve immediately.
Love and Peace.
