Could you believe it? Happy Go Loca have turned one today and all I could think of is how crazy time flies? Like where did it all go? To be honest, I feel like my blog is still taking its baby steps but somehow, in a year, I must say it was not that bad. I have shared so much although there are long gaps in between. Looking back, I realized a lot of things about blogging and this post would be about that and how I should improve. This goes to all amateur and new bloggers like me.
First, blogging requires a lot of HARDWORK. Normally, you would hear some people say that bloggers are just taking it easy with life. But no, especially for successful bloggers, they put in too much effort and hardwork in just making one post because you have to plan, strategize, and think a lot of times how to make your post attractive and click-bait in the first place. Building up solid readers is quite a challenge for me. Hopefully, I will get to the point where I could interact with my readers and build friendships.
Secondly, blogging may be a small thing for some but it can AFFECT PEOPLE. By posting one blog, it is already out in the website world and it can reach from one to many people. Hence, I realized that blogs can inspire or influence the readers and you must be careful and thoughtful of what you post.
Next, DON'T LOSE HOPE if you are passionate about blogging. There are times when I feel lazy and discouraged to blog especially when I see my insights and the number of viewers. But I will not allow that to consume me and since blogging is my hobby and passion, regardless, I am doing this for myself and to inspire people. I am feeding my soul with something I love and I just hope it reaches out to many.
Lastly, with all that I have learned, moving forward, I hope this will enhance my skill and blog posts. Even though I am still trying to get the whole thing better, I hope that somehow I have touched and positively affected some people in my blog. I still have more goals and objectives to achieve in my blog and it will still be a long way to go but there's no quitting here.
