Cooking steak is not new for me but I always feel lucky if I make it successful. The thing with doing steak is that it can be quite tricky. It is very simple yet you have to reach a certain level of doneness which I believe I have achieved this time. I've got Angus beef here and I just simply roasted and seared this as per the recipe which I found on Pinterest. Just sprinkle salt and pepper on all sides and roast in oven.
