RECIPES: CAJUN SHRIMP PASTA


Hola folks! We are back again with a new recipe which is very simple and delicious. I know a lot has upgraded their cooking skills this quarantine period. If you have observed, our Instagram stories have been flooded with a lot of cooking and baking. So without further ado, please check the recipe below.

Ingredients:

500 g Penne Pasta

1/2 kilo Shrimp

Cajun Spices

Cooking cream/Heavy cream

Olive oil

Garlic

Parmesan cheese

Procedure:

1. Cook the penne pasta as per the instructions. Make sure it is al dente.

2. Marinate the shrimp with cajun spices and olive oil.

3. Heat the pan. Drizzle some olive oil.

4. Cook the garlic until brown and add the marinated shrimps.

5. Once the shrimps are cooked, add the cream. Let it simmer.

6. Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well.

7. Drizzle the parmesan cheese.

Note:

*You can skip the parmesan cheese since for me it was good without the cheese.
